beautiful building amazing value lovely staff comfortable home
I enjoyed the beautiful building and grounds very much. The staff were the most lovely I have ever encountered. I found the value for money amazing. The hotel provided a comfortable second home .
I noticed some of the furniture could use replacement.

Breakfast was delicious and it was served in an attractive dining room. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. This made for a relaxing start to the day. Views of the surrounding grounds added to the experience.

The hotel has a stupendous location with fascinating architecture and decor. The park is very beautiful and great for a relaxing walk to the lake. It is also convenient for visiting Windsor Castle.

excellent breakfast lovely staff delicious food incorrect payment regular room small tv
the breakfast had excellent choices. the staff was lovely. the dinner menu offered really good options and delicious food. the grounds are amazing.
i checked in and they took a card payment more than the room rate. it included an amount for possible incidentals and another amount because the room rate wasn't enough. the premium room was just a regular room. the flatscreen tv is just 32' and not hd.

broken lamp cracked ceiling
the breakfast was good with attentive staff.
Our excitement vanished upon entering room 6. It smelled of old must and caused sneezing! the sink cabinet wasn't attached, pipes made noise, chairs were ripped, a lamp was broken. there were cracks in the ceiling.

The grounds were fine and the staff was accommodating. The food was tasty, I enjoyed every meal. The location was also great.
